Everything here is one of one and sold as-is. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds — including online orders that aren't picked up. Every piece is photographed and graded (see condition grades), and we're honest about flaws. Not sure about something? Email sell@theunionvintage.com before you buy — we'll measure, describe, or shoot more photos.

Online orders are pickup-only — we don't ship. Pick your piece up at 539 Castle St within 24 hours of paying. If we're closed when your window lapses (we're closed Tuesdays), come in the next day we're open.

At pickup, bring a photo ID that matches the name on the card you paid with — that's how we verify it's you.

If you don't show, the piece goes back on the racks. All sales are final, so pay attention to the window — and if something comes up, email us before it lapses and we'll sort it out.

You can reserve a piece online — free, no card needed — and we'll hold it for 24 hours while you come pay in store. The hold expires automatically after 24 hours and the piece goes back up for grabs.

No-shows: if you reserve and don't come in, you can't place another hold for 14 days. Holds are a courtesy — don't leave good clothes waiting.

Every piece wears one of four grades:

LIKE NEW

No visible signs of wear.

EXCELLENT

Great condition — may show small signs of use.

GOOD

Some signs of wear, in line with the age of the piece.

FAIR

Visible wear; may have small staining. Priced accordingly.

This is vintage — "flaws" are part of the story, and anything notable is called out in the listing or the photos.

Online payments are processed by Square (card / Apple Pay); in store we take cash and card. If anything about an order looks wrong, email sell@theunionvintage.com first — a human reads it, and we fix mistakes fast.

Two ways: we buy outright — cash on the spot — or you consign: your pieces sell on our racks and you get a cut. Consignment terms (including your split) are agreed in person when you drop off. Payouts go out monthly, by the 15th of the month after the sale, and card-processing fees are never deducted from your split. There's no store credit — you get paid real money. Start here.
